Position: Early Childhood Educator (a.k.a. Master of Play, Snack Distributor, and Tiny Human Negotiator)
Location: Bondi Beach (with stunning ocean views and occasional seagull spectators)
Hours: Full-time, part-time, or “help, I need more coffee” flexible
The Role
As an educator at Marli Marli, you’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Crafting elaborate block tower cities (and pretending not to be devastated when they’re knocked down)
✔️ Delivering Oscar-worthy dramatic readings of The Very Hungry Caterpillar for the 57th time
✔️ Navigating complex snack negotiations (because everyone wants the blue cup)
✔️ Answering deep philosophical questions like, “Why is the sky?”
✔️ Leading outdoor adventures and making sure no child leaves with a pet snail collection
✔️ Creating a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn
